The Latin American Film Festival of Dallas has a simple mission — to bring the best of Latin American cinema to DFW. While there are many great film festivals in the metroplex, we felt that there were still many Latin American films falling through the cracks. The reality is that theatrical distribution for many Latin American films is non-existent, and festivals remain the only way for them to reach an audience.

This festival is a DIY operation, a labor of love. It is entirely curated and does not take submissions.
